上海文化信息票务中心简介
上海文化信息票务中心是上海文化广播影视管理集团为适应上海文化信息演出市场发展而投资组建的全国首家文化信息发布和票务销售专业服务机构,中心建立的《文化票务》电脑联网系统是全国首家多剧场、多网点远程票务联网销售、结算系统。中心的《上海文化信息》网站是上海演出市场信息发布的主渠道,是上海对外文化交流的一个重要服务窗口。
上海文化信息票务中心,1997年在原上海市文化局外事票务组的基础上,以发展势态在激烈的市场中崛起。经过多年的运行,己形成以下三大特征为主的专业票务服务机构:

◎ 以信息收集汇总、分析判断为基础,以自身的专业特点和市场观察力,不仅参与演出票务市场的运作,而且为国内外演出商提供票务销售市场的专业咨询。
Shanghai Cultural Information & Booking Center (SCIBC), established by Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Culture, Broadcasting, Film and Television, is the first cultural information releasing and professional ticket service organization. The “Art & Culture Ticket Service” network system is also the first one which including remote tickets selling and balancing system within nation area. What’s more, the website of the SCIBC is one of the most important windows for Shanghai international cultural exchange and is the main channel of Shanghai cultural information release.
SCIBC was developed from the former Foreign Affairs Ticket Service Department of Shanghai Culture Bureau in 1997 and now has become a professional ticket service organization in the performance market. SCIBC has three main features as follow.
